Tomato Soup

Ingredients

- 1mediumOnion, chopped
- 3clovesGarlic, minced
- 4cupsVegetable broth
- 0.5cupHeavy cream

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat

Sauté onion until softened, about 5 minutes
